If this has happened multiple times, one strategy, as outlined, is to consider hiring an attorney to file a lawsuit (the lawsuit is not against Google) and then subpoena Google for the information to help uncover who is perhaps maliciously attacking your profile. That process will likely take 2 – 3 months before you receive the information back. But I would make sure that your profile has adhered to Google guidelines and is not being suspended because of issues around that. However, it’s not uncommon for competitors to think they can get away with these tactics with no accountability.

You will be fine with age-restricted content as long as it’s allowed in Google. And per my comment below, if the video is not behind a paywall, or login screen it should be indexed. Hope that helps.

Hi Rob, Yes, this is still 100% valid today. Mature content goes through a filter in Google. But as long as it is not behind a paywall, or a login screen of some sort to view it, Google should index it.

The client was an attorney, so he filed the suit on his own. But likely any business attorney can file for you and then request the subpoena.
